We pull from LunarCrush plus price aggregators, normalize everything into time-series snapshots, and surface the results as ranked dashboards and per-entity detail pages.

CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap track what an asset is worth. MarketMoodIQ tracks what the social crowd is saying about it. The two often diverge — price can lag attention by hours or days, and attention can be driven by depeg fear or scandal, not buying enthusiasm. We surface the social signal so you can compare it against price to find divergence.

Yes. All dashboards, asset/narrative/stablecoin detail pages, social-spike tracking, reports, and the glossary are free to browse. Creating an account is also free and unlocks watchlists, alerts (email when your conditions are met), and the daily mood digest.

No, you can read every public page without an account. You only need to sign up if you want to keep a watchlist, receive alerts, or get a daily digest email. Sign-in uses magic-link emails — no password to remember.

Mood Score is a 0–100 composite that blends sentiment, social velocity, engagement quality, creator growth, and abnormality risk into one number. 70+ means the conversation is constructive; below 30 means it’s hostile or defensive. See the Glossary entry on Mood Score for the full breakdown.

Social volume is the raw count of posts mentioning an asset. Social velocity is that volume divided by the 7-day rolling average. Velocity is what tells you "this is unusual" — volume alone doesn’t, because Bitcoin generating 50,000 posts in a day is normal, but a tier-3 coin doing the same is extraordinary. Heat is altitude — how much overall attention the narrative carries right now. Momentum is direction — whether that heat is climbing, steady, or fading. The most useful narratives to investigate are usually mid heat with rising momentum: not yet crowded, but the attention curve is bending upward. See Heat Score and Momentum Score.

A confidence score below 50 means real stress signals are present — typically some combination of visible peg deviation, elevated negative sentiment, and rising depeg-related chatter. It is not a solvency rating; it’s a market-perception read. Always check the issuer’s own attestations before acting. See Confidence Score.

Social data (posts, sentiment, engagement, creator counts) comes from LunarCrush. Price, market cap, and 24h-change data come from the same LunarCrush endpoints. We pull on a tiered schedule: tier-1 majors every 5 minutes, tier-2 mid-caps every 15 minutes, tier-3 long-tail coins every 4 hours. Narratives refresh every 2 hours; creators every 8 hours.

Snapshot intervals depend on the asset’s priority tier — anywhere from 5 minutes to 4 hours. Every detail page shows a "last updated" timestamp at the top so you can see exactly how recent the displayed numbers are. Daily reports are generated at 00:05 UTC; weekly reports at 00:10 UTC each Monday.

We track a hand-picked set of US equities, but social coverage is not guaranteed for every ticker — some stocks render in "price-only mode" where we show price and market-cap data but no mood/sentiment because LunarCrush doesn’t carry a topic stream for them. Price-only assets are excluded from the social-spike rankings to avoid skewing the leaderboard.

Tap the ☆ icon on any asset to add it to your watchlist. Your watchlist lives at /dashboard/watchlist and is private to your account. If you also subscribe to the daily digest, the email summary includes your watchlist’s overnight movements at the top.

On any asset, narrative, or stablecoin page, tap 🔔 Alert to create a condition (e.g. "BTC social velocity > 2.0", "USDT confidence drops below 60"). The evaluator runs every 5 minutes; when your condition is met you get an email and a red dot appears next to Dashboard in the header. Cooldowns prevent the same alert from firing repeatedly within a configurable window.

Email [email protected] from the address attached to your account and we’ll delete everything within seven days — watchlists, alerts, alert events, and any preference settings. A self-serve delete button is on the roadmap.

We don’t publish a formal API yet, but several endpoints are already public and machine-readable: /sitemap.xml, /llms.txt, /llms-full.txt, /assets/llms.txt, /narratives/llms.txt, /stablecoins/llms.txt, and /topics/llms.txt. Each page also offers a per-entity CSV export (/api/export/asset/[slug]). For programmatic use beyond that, contact [email protected].
